Meet Our Founder

Sabelo Nyawo is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with over 25 years of experience in labour law, employee relations, corporate management, and municipal administration. His distinguished career includes high-level roles such as Regional ER Manager at Transnet, Deputy Director of ER at the National Prosecuting Authority, Municipal Manager of several municipalities, and Ministerial Representative.

  • Msunduzi Municipality – Legal Advisor: Conducting legal research, giving advice on all issues with legal impacts, and representing the municipality at various councils.
  • RBM (Richards Bay Minerals/ RIO TINTO) – Employee Relations Superintendent: Attending to disciplinary and grievance hearings, negotiating with organized labour, and ensuring harmony and industrial peace in the workplace.
  • National Prosecuting Authority – Deputy Director Employee Relations Manager: Conducting investigations, initiating disciplinary hearings, and representing the employer during hearings.
  • Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife – Head of Labour Relations Unit: Developing and implementing employment relations policies and managing grievances and disputes.
